









DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Ourfree shipping within Germany takes usuallybetween 3-5 working days. As soon as your orderhas been shipped, you will receive a notification by email and can track theshipment at any time.
RETURN & REFUND
If our Taschenbaum does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us. The best way to do this is to send me a short e-mail at daniela@taschenbaum.de. I will send you a prepaid return label. There are no costs charge for the return. After checking the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount according the payment method used within 3 working days.
INVOICE
We are currently in the process of switching toautomatic invoicing. If you have not received an invoice, please send me ashort email atdaniela@taschenbaum.de with the subject "invoice".
RECLAMATION
If our Taschenbaum arrives damaged, please send us pictures of the outerpackaging, inner packaging and the damaged Taschenbaumfor a full damage / loss report. Normally are our Taschenbäume packedvery securely and carefully.
